The Embassy of Ghana in Paris, France, on Wednesday July 28, 2020, received Grammy nominated Ghanaian music Gaffer, Stonebwoy, Dr. Louisa Ansong-Satekla (His wife) and his management team, as part of a tour of France to work on his album, to the official residence of Ghana’s diplomatic representatives
“The Embassy was delighted to receive @stonebwoyb, his wife & management team today as part of a tour of France to work on his album,” the Embassy said in statement. “His work in promoting Ghanaian music at home and internationally is exemplary, and we wish him all the best on the upcoming project.”
The award-winning Ghanaian musician is currently in France with his crew for a purpose-driven agenda as he’s been captured with some music executives unlocking new business and career opportunities. On Tuesday, he completed a studio session at the REX STUDIO shortly after he was caught up with Trace TV for an exclusive conversation about his global influence on the Reggae & Dancehall and Afrobeats genres.
He is still riding high off the success of his album Anloga Junction, the fourth studio album under the Burniton Music Group. The star-studded album was voted Album of the Year award in the Entertainment Achievement Awards and 3 Music Awards. The LP is also a recipient of Reggaeville Album of the Year recipient after the German national magazine adjudged the project as the best.
